“They know where we are, and they are coming!”

(“Tomorrow you may have quite the story, Mate. She is calling out to her partners.”)

“Yes, and they will come,” I interrupted. “They know where we are, and they are coming.”

“Bwana K, me set some snares in campsite.”

“Good idea, Makali.”

Benjamin snaps a few photos. My cell phone rings.

“Chuck, I just passed the waterhole. Am I close?”

“Oh that’s great. Yes, you’re about 10 minutes away. Keep comin’ up the same road. Stay right. You’ll see the tall light at our campsite.”

“How’s your “guest” doing?”

“She’s awake and pissed off. We will be happy to see you.”

“Be right there,” hanging up.
